高职高专学生情绪智力对学习适应的重要性研究

摘    要:采用情绪智力量表和大学生学习适应量表,对贵州省2所高职高专院校的116名学生的情绪智力和学习适应进行了调查研究。结果表明:高职高专学生学习适应在性别和年级上都不存在显著差异,但情绪智力在性别和年级上的差异显著;情绪智力对于学习动机、学习能力和学习态度三个维度有显著的预测作用。

Abstract:This paper administrated the Emotional Intelligence Scale and College Students Learning Adaptability Scale to 116 students from 2 vocational colleges in Guizhou Province. It is indicated that there is no distinct difference in gender and grade for learning adaptability, while significant differences in gender and grade of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the significant predictor of the learning motivation, learning ability and leaming attitude of learning adapt-ability.
