| 摘 要： | 文章首先通过对正常价值的认定,举例论述了替代国制度的不合理性。其次通过讨论西方国家划分"市场经济国家"与"非市场经济国家"的不合理性,以我国的现实情况为依据来论证西方国家继续将我国视为"非市场经济国家"的不公正性,并提出我国政府和企业在面对西方国家对我国采用替代国制度时的对策。

| Abstract: | The normal method of value determination serves as a foil to the absurdity of the surrogate country system. The irrelevant classification of "market economy" and "non-market economy" also tells of the unfairness in western governments' treating China as "non-market" economy. What should be done in response on the part of Chinese government and enterprises is the subject of this article. |
