| 摘 要： | 农村组织创新包括对农村社会经济组织体系进行调整和对农村社会经济活动主体进行改造。我国农村组织创新已进入到以小城镇建设为中心的新阶段，应该以调整后的中心城镇为中心，重构农村社会经济组织体系，按市场经济的基本要求，本着尊重农民自愿和积极示范的精神，因地制宜地推进农村各种组织机构的创新。

| Abstract: | Rural organization innovation includes adjustment of its social economic organization system and reform of the subject of social economic activities. This process should take the readjusted township as the center to fabric the rural social economic system in light of the fundamental requirement of the market economy and it must be conducted out of farmers' free will. |
