| 摘 要： | 20世纪 8 0年代兴起并很快流行的公司治理理论面临着严峻的挑战 ,这种挑战主要来自利益相关者理论与共同治理、最优所有权结构论与大股东治理、中间组织理论与网络治理等三个不同的方面。在一系列崭新的理论和模式冲击之下 ,主流的公司治理理论正在酝酿着转型。

Under the shocks from series of novel theories and models, the mainstream corporate governance theory is fermenting a transformation. |
