| 摘 要： | 通过对企业的融资结构进行考察 ,可以了解微观经济主体的运行状态和宏观经济金融制度的安排情况。目前 ,我国资本市场所反映的上市公司的融资结构是被扭曲的 ,资本市场的发展对企业选择合理的融资结构是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | Examination of the funding structure of business firms can help us learn the performance of microeconomic agents and the general state of the macroeconomic financial institutions. In the present, the funding structure of the listed corporations in China's capital markets is distorted. The development of the capital markets is very important for the choice of a proper funding structure by the business firms. |
