农村人力资本与农民收入的动态关系

通过对农村人力资本和农民收入构建VAR模型与脉冲响应函数,进行方差分解,研究了二者在长期内的相互影响过程和作用效果,得出了两点结论：（1）农民人均纯收入受滞后各期农民收入和农村人力资夸的共同影响;（2）农村人力资本积累在短期内依赖于农民收入的提高,从长期来看农村人力资本积累更依赖于教育本身。这表明,农村人力资本积累对于农民收入增长具有非常重要的意义,从而为政府加大农村教育投入的或策取向提供了理论支持。

Dynamic Ralation between China's Rural Human Capital and Peasants' Income

The author discusses the issue of the increase of peasants' income from the human capital perspective.Domestic studies mainly include static analysis,which can't describe the long-term dynamic relation between rural human capital and peasants' income.In this paper,their interaction is studied through VAR model,Impulse Response Function and Variance Decomposition.It concludes that human capital accumulation is important for the increase of peasants' income. Hence,the government should invest more on the rural education.
