| Abstract: | The liberalist economic theory of Yan Fu,an initiative thinker in modern China,is centered on the idea of allowing the people to run their own business of their own free will and the government should refrain from interfering with their operations.Political reform provides the bases for raising the level of the people's power,wisdom and mores,and constitutes an effective approach to develop liberalist economy. |
