| 摘 要： | 传统的电子产品逆向物流运营模式，存在其制造商主体缺位、回收企业短期行为、逆向物流运营成本高等问题，其原因主要有电子产品逆向物流运营的外部性以及电子产品回收的技术性问题。基于电子产品制造商社会责任的企业自营、联合经营及外包，共同构成电子产品逆向物流运营新模式，从而一定程度上规范了电子产品逆向物流的运营。研究电子产品逆向物流运营新模式及其支撑体系，具有较高的理论价值和现实意义。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the model of negative material circulation operation of electronic products,and the reasons are the technical problems in electronic reclamation and externality of negative material circulation operation of electronic products.The authors also put forward some suggestions on the problems which would be effective in regulating the negative material circulation operation of electronic products. |
