| 摘 要： | 将可贸易品和不可贸易品两部门(TNT)模型进行扩展之后,从我国两部门经济长期不均衡发展中解释了贸易顺差存在的原因,提出要实现对外经济均衡,必须进行经济结构的调整,包括提高非贸易品与贸易品的相对价格、增大非贸易品的生产和消费比例、增加国内总吸收等。同时,对目前我国"减顺"工作中的有利和不利条件进行分析,并提出具体的政策建议。

| Abstract: | After expanding the TNT model,this paper explains the trade surplus in our country from the imbalanced development of tradable and non-tradable goods department for a long time.Therefore,in order to restore the equilibrium China must adjust the economic structure,including increasing the relative price and the proportion of production and consumption of non-tradable goods as the same time enhances the home absorption.The paper also analyzes the conditions of adjustment and puts forward the concrete policy proposals. |
