关于中国农村劳动力转移规模的估计

在传统的城乡二元体制下，我国是一个人口流动率极低的国家。随着改革开放的不断深入和劳动力市场的不断完善，大规模的农村劳动力转移已经成为我国社会经济发展进程中引人注目的现象。关于农村劳动力转移规模的估计，现有的大部分研究和调查结果并不一致。通过对现有文献中有关农村劳动力转移规模的估计进行梳理，希望能够更加全面地反映改革开放以来我国农村劳动力转移的规模和变化趋势。

Estimations about the Scale of China's Rural Labor Migration

Under the traditional urban-rural dual system,China was a country with a very low rate of labor mobility before.With the deepening of reforming and opening up and the improvement of labor market and related policies,the large scale rural labor migration has now become an eye-catching phenomenon in the process of China's social and economic development.However,estimations about the scale of rural labor migration are inconsistent in most researches and surveys.Therefore,this paper tries to reconcile these estimations in order to reflect more comprehensively the scale and trend of rural labor migration since China's reforming and opening up.
