摘    要:在高等教育普及化发展阶段,高职院校教育面临学生社会化意识日益强化、个性化特征日益明显及信息数据获取更加便捷等新形势。在此背景下,高职院校特殊学生群体主体范围扩大化、群体心理敏感化、发展诉求隐匿化、社会交往边缘化,这些特点的存在不仅加大了高职院校思政教育工作的难度,而且不利于高职院校完成育人目标,对高职院校学生日常管理、安全稳定、学风建设、学生资助、就业创业工作形成巨大压力。所以,高职院校应探究特殊学生群体的发展现状,有针对性地开展思想政治教育工作,不断提升思想政治育人实效。高职院校应从特殊学生群体的基本特征和行为特征入手,强化全面育人的思想政治教育工作理念,健全特殊学生群体的信息数据;完善全员育人的思想政治教育工作机制,形成特殊学生群体服务合力;落实全程育人的思想政治教育工作模式,解决特殊学生群体发展问题;运用全方位育人思想政治教育工作方法,提升特殊学生群体工作实效。

Research on thePath of Ideological and Political Education for Special Student Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

Abstract:In the stage of popularization and development of higher education,higher vocational college education is facing a new situation,such as increasing students’awareness of socialization,increasingly obvious personalized characteristics and more convenient access to information and data.In this context,the characteristics of special student groups in higher vocational colleges show the expansion of the main scope,the sensitivity of group psychology,the concealment of development demands and the marginalization of social communication,which not only increase the difficulty of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,but also are not conducive to the completion of educational objectives in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,these characteristics have great impact on students’daily management,safety and stability,study style construction,student subsidy,employment and entrepreneurship.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should explore the development status of special student groups,carry out targeted ideological and political education work,and continuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Higher vocational colleges should start with the basic characteristics and behavioral characteristics of special student groups,strengthen the ideological and political education work concept of comprehensive education,improve the information data of special student groups;improve the ideological and political education work mechanism of all-staff education,and form special students group services work together;implement the whole-process ideological and political education work model to solve the development of special student groups;use all-round ideological and political education work methods to improve the effectiveness of special student groups.
