劳动力流动、产业转移与区域协调发展——基于文献研究的视角

劳动力外流后,无论是形成转移刚性即不回流还是回流,都会对区域间的企业转移行为和整个产业转移产生一定影响,进而对区域能否协调发展具有深远影响。本文围绕地区差距抑或区域协调发展,从劳动力流动与地区差距、劳动力流动与产业转移、产业转移与区域协调发展等三个方面回顾了该领域的最新研究进展,系统梳理了劳动力流动、产业转移与地区差距间的内在关系,从理论研究视角回答了三个重要问题:劳动力流动究竟熨平还是拉大了地区差距?劳动力流动与产业转移究竟孰因孰果?产业转移能否实现区域协调发展?在此基础上,本文提出将劳动力流动进行内生化,建立其对产业转移与地区差距研究的新的分析框架,并展望了未来的研究趋势。

Research on Labor Migration,Industrial Transfer and Regional Coordinated Development： --A Perspective Based on Literature Research

This paper, with the coordinated development of regional disparities or the region as the core, from labor mob-ility and regional disparities, labor mobility and transfer of industries, industrial transfer and regional coordinated developmentof three reviews recent research progress in this field, systematically analyzes the internal relations between the labor mobility,industrial transfer and regional disparity, and from the perspective of theoretical research to answer three important questions ：whether labor mobility ironing or widening regional disparities ？ What is a cause or a consequence of labor mobility and indus-trial transfer？ Whether industrial transfer to realize the coordinated development of the region？ On this basis, through proposing to carry out the biochemical labor mobility, the paper established a new analytical framework of its industrial transfer andregional disparities research, and looked to the future of the main research trends.
