| 摘 要： | 本文通过制造业2000～2007年面板数据模型以及2006年横截面数据回归模型的计算,对制造业4个高度集聚和3个低度集聚典型行业进行了实证研究,以集聚行业和分散行业的比较分析探讨了政策、开放性等相关因素在产业集聚中的影响程度。研究表明,地区的开放性特性与劳动力要素特征是高度集聚行业区别于低度集聚行业的显著地区特性;各个影响层面对产业集聚的解释力度的排序显示：政策和政府因素、开放性因素和人力资源素质因素是影响制造业各行业集聚的关键因素。本文的研究结果支持了＂政策租＂高于＂集聚租＂的观点,说明制度性软件环境对产业集聚的影响重于基础设施等硬件环境,对地区促进产业集聚的发展具有有益的启示。
