我国制造业的技术优势行业与技术跨越战略研究

本文以制造业中的技术优势行业为切入点 ,较为系统地分析了我国技术密集型行业的技术发展趋势与特点、不同类型企业的R&D格局、国际技术差距和国际竞争力状况 ,在这个基础上 ,进一步探讨了我国制造业的技术跨越战略。作者认为 ,我国实施技术跨越战略的重点行业是电子及通信设备、医药、电气机械及器材、仪器仪表及文化办公用机械 4个行业 ,重点领域主要是计算机与通信技术、生物技术等领域。相应地 ,政府要推行正确而有效的战略和政策措施

On China's Technological Advantage Sectors and Technological Leapfrogging Strategy in Manufacturing

This paper analyses systematically the technical development trend and characteristics, R&D structure of different enterprises, international technological gaps and competitiveness of China's densely technological industries by technological advantage sectors analysis in manufacturing. In the basis of this, technological leapfrogging strategy in manufacturing is discussed. The priority sectors in which China's should carry out technological leapfrogging strategy are electronic and telecommunications equipment, medical and pharmaceutical products, electric equipment and machinery,and instruments, meters,cultural and office machinery,and the key fields are communications technology and biological technology.Meanwhile,the government should pursue proper and effective strategy and policy.
