| 摘 要： | 本文使用２００３～２０１１年中国本土高技术产业区域数据，实证分析了技术体制与产业效率的关系，在研究中构建了测度技术体制的变量和产业效率投入产出的变量指标，研究发现，技术机会（ＯＰＰＯ）、知识基础特性（ＰＲＯＰ）、创新独占性（ＡＰＰＲ）与产业效率（ＥＦＦＩ）存在显著的正相关，说明增强产业技术机会、知识基础特性和创新独占性对提升产业效率有很大作用；外部知识获取性（ＡＣＣＥ）与产业效率（ＥＦＦＩ）没有通过检验，即过度引进技术对提升产业效率作用不显著，根据研究结论提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper explores an empirical study of the relationship between home technology system and industries efficiency based on China's high-tech industries from 2003 to 2011.In the study process,this paper construct measure institutional variables and the industry efficiency indicators for input-output variables.It shows that there is a significant positive correlation among OPPO,PROP,APPR and industries efficiency,which verify the original assumptions,in order to promote industries efficiency that it may enhance OPPO,PROP and APPR;there is a significant negative correlation beteen APPR and industries efficiency,it indicates that APPR is not conducive to enhance the improved industries efficiency.Based on the results of empirical research,this paper gives some suggestions. |
