| 摘 要： | 推动经济发达地区向经济欠发达地区大规模的产业转移,实现欠发达地区工业化和区域经济协调发展,已经成为人们的共识。然而,经济发达地区与经济欠发达地区之间的产业转移远没有达到预想的程度和效果。产业转移与欠发达地区工业化并不必然是同一问题的不同方面。国内区际产业转移与欠发达地区工业化的协调发展,既需要产业转出地的转移推动力,也需要产业转入地的转移拉动力。产业转入地的转移拉动力表现为适合产业生存的产业多样性。

| Abstract: | It has been a commonly recognized that we should push cosmically industry of developed area towards underdeveloped area.However,industry transferring between developed and undeveloped area has not been reached expected degree and effect.Industry transferring and industrialization of underdeveloped area are not two sides of one question.The harmonious development of China's regional industry transferring and industrialization of undeveloped area needs not only impelling force of the area where industry transfers out,but also pulling force of the area where industry transfers in.the pulling force of the area where industry transfers in manifests industry diversity which fits for industry's survival. |
