| 摘 要： | 本文利用中国26个制造业2003年至2006年的面板数据（Panel Data）分析了中国制造业企业的进入和退出决定因素。分析表明资金利润率和行业风险等已经成为决定企业进入和退出产业的主要因素，中国市场化改革取得重大进展。但资本规模壁垒和行政性制度壁垒仍阻碍企业有效进入和退出。

| Abstract: | The paper explores the factor of the entry and exit of Chinese manufacturing enterprises by the panel data of the twenty-six Manufacturing industries in china.The paper mentions that rate of asset profit and the risk of industry are the positive relation variable to firm entry and exit.But the scale economy decided by assets scale has been structure entry barriers to firm entry and exit,in the same time,we can not ignore that the institutional barrier impedes entry and exit behaviors. |
