人力资本集聚、空间溢出与区域经济增长——基于空间过滤模型分析

人力资本存在显著的空间集聚和空间相关性。本文在运用空间过滤模型消除人力资本空间相关性的基础上,实证分析了我国省域人力资本集聚效应和溢出效应对经济的影响。结果表明,东部地区人力资本集聚效应最明显,中部地区次之,西部地区最弱;东部、中部和西部地区的人力资本空间溢出效应均比较明显。通过比较发现,运用空间过滤模型消除空间相关性可以较好的识别人力资本集聚效应和空间溢出效应,避免模型设定中的多重共线性。

Human Capital Agglomeration, Spatial Spillovers and Region Economic Growth: An Experiential Analysis on the Spatial Filtering Model

There is significant agglomeration and spatial correlation in China’s human capital.This paper use spatial filtering model to eliminate spatial correlation of human capital agglomeration,and then empirical analyze the human capital agglomeration effects and spillover effects on regional economy.The conclusion is that the eastern regions have significant agglomeration effects,followed by central and western regions weakest;the spillover effects are significant in all of the regions.In addition,by comparison the use of spatial filtering to eliminate spatial correlation model can better identify the effects of human capital agglomeration and spillover.
