| 摘 要： | 物流银行业务是银行"厂商银"、"动产质押"业务基础上的产品升级,但受现行法律体系、会计制度以及物流行业现状的影响,并未取得预期的发展规模,本文从物流银行业务优势及其发展瓶颈两个角度,反思该业务在开展过程中存在的问题,并提出进一步发展该业务的意见建议。
