| 摘 要： | 通过对高校辅导员工作环境和目前队伍＂非专业化＂问题的描述,比对国家对高校辅导员的角色定位,本文提出＂职业化、专业化＂建设是辅导员队伍建设的必由之路,并探讨了高校辅导员＂职业化、专业化＂建设的内涵、标准和实现途径。
