| 摘 要： | 我国于2009年发行了自改革开放以来的首次地方政府债券,在带动地方经济发展的同时,也暴露了一些问题。本文从我国地方政府债券发行的现状和存在的问题出发,在充分总结美国、日本、英国等国家在地方政府债券管理方面的经验和教训基础上,提出了构建我国地方政府债券发行与管理的相关政策建议。
