| 摘 要： | 经营分析是房地产企业经营管理的一项重要工作。所谓经营分析,就是利用各种核算资料和其他资料,分析房地产企业的生产、经营和财务活动,检查各项经济指标完成情况,总结经验,揭露矛盾,找出差距,采取改进措施,不断提高房地产企业的经营管理水平。
