| 摘 要： | 科技在国家竞争力中起着关键作用。科技人力资源对于企业的生存和发展至关重要。文章从数量和密度上分析了浙江省规模以上工业企业科技人力资源的发展现状,在企业科技人力资源评价体系构建的基础上,运用主成分分析方法,对浙江省11个城市规模以上工业企业的科技人力资源水平进行评价,提出了浙江省规模以上工业企业科技人力资源发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Technology plays a key role in a country’s competitiveness.Human resources for science and technology (HRST) are crucial for the survival and growth of an enterprise.According to the quantity and density,the research analyzes the HRST status of the scale-sized industries in Zhejiang province and designs an HRST evaluation index system for them.Besides,with principle component analysis,this paper evaluates the HRST level for the scale-sized industries of 11 cities in Zhejiang province and provides the relevant suggestions. |
