College defense education teachers play an important role in defense education.The reform of defense education presently focuses on adaptation to the world strategy pattern adjustment and new military revolution,enhancement of research on defense education teachers and improvement of overall quality of related teachers.Reform and innovation of teaching stuff training system should center around perfection of a system to select,train and research,exploration of the development patterns of teachers,improvement of overall quality of teachers and cultivation of teachers with integrity and ability,together with civil and martial virtues.
