| 摘 要： | 围绕党的建设问题,江泽民同志发表了一系列重要论述,提出了新时期党建的目标和“两大历史性课题”,提出了不断增强党的阶级基础、扩大党的群众基础的科学论断,提出了“治国先治党”的新思想,强调执政党作风建设的核心问题是保持党同人民群众的血肉联系。
