| 摘 要： | 利率市场化后,利率风险控制将会是我国商业银行风险管理的一个重要方面。本文分析了利率市场化过程中我国商业银行面临的主要风险和我国商业银行在利率风险管理上的现状。在此基础上提出了控制我国商业银行利率风险的表内策略和表外策略。
