| 摘 要： | 休谟的经济哲学思想是在当时启蒙主义的语境中所形成的,反映了在自然资源相对匮乏的情况下,人的自私本性以及有限的慷慨的一面,并在此基础上揭示了三个基本的正义原则:稳定占有财物的法则,根据同意转移所有物的法则,履行许诺的法则.休谟的这些思想对于近代市民社会的形成与发育具有极为重要的意义.

| Abstract: | The thought of Hume's economic philosophy came into being in the context of enlightenment,and it reflects the selfishness and the limited generosity of human under the condition of the lack of the natural resource,and revels three laws of justice:the law of possessing property,the law of transferring the possession according to agreement,the law of fulfilling the promise.These thought of Hume is very important for the emergence and the development of the modern civil society. |
