对建立高等教育与区域经济良性互动关系的思考--兼论区域经济发展中的若干问题

目前，我国区域经济存在着技术含量低、创新能力差、品牌形象建设力度不够、工业化程度不一、城乡差距大等问题。为此，高等院校应加大运用高新技术参与传统产业结构调整的力度，发挥文化阵地的作用，帮助企业打造品牌形象。同时，现代企业也不应只是高新科技成果的推广应用之地，还应是高校培育、锻炼人才的实践基地和高校深化改革的重要推动力量。

Thoughts on the Favorable Interaction between Higher Education and Regional Economy

There exist the problems of low contain of techniques, poor innovation ability, insufficient in building brand images, different level of industrialization, great gap between urban and rural areas. The institution of higher education should apply high-tech to adjust the traditional industry structure, exert the function of culture battlefield, help firms to build brand image. Meanwhile, modern enterprises should not only spread and apply high technology, but also are the practical base of cultivating the talented persons and promote the deepening of reform in the institutions of higher education.
