货币可兑换与货币国际化关系研究

当一国经济发展和开放到一定程度,作为计价单位的货币其作用会延伸和发展,货币可兑换与货币国际化便是其中最重要的两个方面,两者既有联系,又有区别,互相促进,互相影响。如果两者之间的关系协调处理不当,会放大跨境资金流动带来的风险。人民币可兑换和国际化既是经济发展的现实需要,又面临着难得的历史机遇,如何协调好人民币可兑换与国际化之间的关系,稳步推进人民币可兑换,为人民币国际化创造条件,同时,如何利用国际化货币的优势,降低人民币可兑换过程中的风险,是值得我们研究的课题。

Research on Currency Exchange and Currency Internationalization

When a nation’s economy develop and open to a certain extent,the currency’s role will extend and develop.The currency’s convertibility and internationalization is one of the most important two aspects,not only connection and promotion,but also distinction and influence.If the relationship between the two aspects is undeserved,the cross-border capital flow risk will amplify.The free convertibility and internationalization of the RMB is economic and practical needs of the development,and facing historical opportunity.How to coordinate the relationship of convertibility and internationalization,promote RMB’s convertibility steadily,create conditions of RMB’s internationalization;and the same time,how to use the international monetary advantage,reduce risk in the process of convertibility of RMB is a worthy issue for us to research.
