小生产的历史局限性及其现代转型

一定的劳动组织形式是由一定的生产力水平所决定的．传统意义上的小生产拘泥于奴隶制和封建制的侵润而形成了封闭型的农业自然经济，与此同时，农民和手工业者作为小生产的人格体现者，在社会分工中的影响以及同大生产的抗争却从来就没有停止过。从小生产起步的众多小企业已经成为推动中国经济稳定协调发展的重要力量，成为缓解社会就业矛盾的重要渠道，在国民经济中发挥着举足轻重的作用。加入世贸组织以后，面对国内国际日益激烈的市场环境，任何形式的小生产、小企业都必须实施针对自身特点的企业发展战略，才能有所作为。事实上，在社会分工日益广泛和精细化的前提下，无论在当代发达国家或发展中国家，小生产、小企业都表现出了极其强大的生命力，只有当竞争性的市场规则创新出来之后，社会福利的帕累托改进才会要求冲破小生产的界限．走向更高效率的生产方式。

The History Limitation and Modern Transfrom of Small-scale Production

The specific work organization was determined by the specified productivity.The traditional sense of small-scale production was originated from slavery and feudal system which formed enclosed natural economy of agriculture.Meanwhile,the fight between farmer and handicraft-practitioner,as individuality reflect of small-scale production,Large-scale production,during the social division of labor,has never ceased.Many small enterprises which developed from small-scale production have become the major force impelling the stable and harmony development of Chinese economy and the vital channel releasing the society employment contradiction.It plays a critical role in the national economy.After China joined WTO,any form of small-scale production,facing violent international and home market environment,should take proper enterprise development strategy to improve itself.In fact,the small-scale productions and small enterprises,under the precondition of extending and sub-divising of social division of labor,no matter developed country or developing country,have expressed strong vitality.After competence market rules emerging,the Pareto Improvement of social welfare has the demand to break the boundary of small-scale production and transform to higher effective production pattern.
