| 摘 要： | 企业家理论和企业理论长期处于隔离状态，交易费用经济学的企业理论只有融入企业家因素才能更好解释企业的产生和企业内部权威的来源，企业能力理论只有融入企业家因素才能更好解释企业边界的动态变化。基于企业家的视角，企业的本质是企业家实现自身人力资本价值的工具，企业边界是企业家基于价值最大化主动选择的结果。

| Abstract: | The Theory of the Firm and the Theory of the Entrepreneur have been separated for a long time. Only adding the factor the entrepreneur into the firm theory of the transaction cost economics, can the theory explain the existence of the firm and the origin of authority in the firm better. Only adding the factor of the entrepreneur into the firm capabilities theory, can it explain the dynamics of the firm boundary better. From the view of the entrepreneur, the nature of the firm is a tool by which the entrepreneur realize the value of his (her) own human capital, and the firm boundary is the choice of the entrepreneur based on his (her) maximum value. |
