| 摘 要： | 在封闭自然经济向开放市场经济转变的特定历史条件下,近代中国的思想先驱们基于全新的理念,重新审视并全面诠释了农业发展的重要性.在此基础上,他们明确指出机械化、集约化和科技化是中国农业发展的必由路径,而政府应主动辅导农业发展,唯有通过政府与农民的良好合作才能实现农业现代化.上述农业发展思想对于今日中国的"三农"建设和经济发展具有重要的启发和借鉴意义.
