The Role of Corporate Governance Culture in Innovation

Corporate governance culture has its own mechanism of action and influences corporate innovation on institutional, individual and social levels through three channels respectively-defining the institutional choice set of corporate governance, affecting corporate culture, and affecting members of staff participating in corporate governance. Research into the role of corporate governance culture in innovation not only points to the direction for corporate governance culture in innovative enterprises, but also provides guidance for management of corporate governance culture and reference for the coordination of corporate governance system and corporate governance culture.
