| 摘 要： | 西部大开发战略实施以来,贵州在基础设施、能源、环境保护、产业结构调整、科技教育、市场化体制改革等领域采取了很多措施,相关领域也都取得了显著成效.但是,横向对比表明,贵州在经济和社会发展、市场化体制建设、环境治理、科技投入与创新等领域仍然存在一定差距,这些问题关系到贵州的可持续发展,应当引起高度关注.
