| 摘 要： | 企业的一个鲜明特点是其内部的权力关系.如何理解或认识这种权力关系,经济学界形成了不同理论流派的企业权力观点,并导致由此派生的相关问题出现重大分歧.对不同理论流派的企业权力观点进行批判性回顾,并不在于否认理论本身,而在于首先有"问题意识",从而针对已有理论缺陷进行必要的理论拓展,并提出建立企业的权力分析范式的思路.
