| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区由于受基础设施和地理条件等因素的制约,诸多产业领域技术储备不足,企业技术水平与发达地区存在着巨大的差距.技术转移和技术创新的契合是西部民族地区企业实现技术进步的最优选择.在技术转移和技术创新的契合过程中,需要构建企业技术转让方和技术受让方合作竞争的博弈机制,加强政府的政策支持,使西部民族地区企业从原有的跟踪模仿思路转变为跟踪模仿和自主创新的双重强调,以真正实现企业技术进步.
