| Abstract: | Four out of the five world powers--China, the US, Russia, the European Union and Japan--meet in Northeast Asia, which plays an important part in peace and development in the Asia-Pacific region and in the world. Accomplishing peace and stability in the region is vital not only to the Asia-Pacific region but also to the whole world. |
