户籍制度变迁及其对城镇化的影响

人口在局部空间的聚集乃是城镇化的最为直接的表现。影响人口聚集的因素很多，其中，户籍制度是一个重要因素。在我国，户籍制度有一个形成和自我强化的过程，过去二十余年对户籍制度所作的渐进式改革，未能彻底消除户籍制度对城镇化进程的负面影响。文章分析了户籍制度的变迁过程及改革所面临的一些主要矛盾，提出进一步改革的政策性设想。

On the Change in the Household Registration System and its Implications on Urbanization

It is a direct presentation of urbanization as to local concentration of population in the particular space.Population concentration is affected by many factors,among which the household registration system is a major one.The household registration system in China has experienced a process from emergence to self-strengthening.The gradual reform on the system during the past two decades has not yet solve out its negative implications on the urbanization process.This paper analyses the changes in the system,the major conflicts in the reform and some policy suggestions.
