非理性因素对制度创新的作用及扬弃

从制度及其路径依赖出发,考察人的动机、习惯、欲望、情感、意志、信念等非理性因素对制度创新的双重作用,我们发现:一方面它对制度创新起驱动、激励作用,展现丰富的人文精神,另一方面是在脱离理性指导下产生的一些消极作用.针对我国目前所进行的制度创新,要科学地、辩证地对待非理性因素,既在理性指导下遵循制度变迁的路径依赖规律,又因势利导使非理性向着有利于制度创新的道路迈进.

The Non-reasonable Factor to the Effect and Sublation of the System Innovation

Starting from the institution and its path dependence,the paper investigated the double effects of the people's motivation,habit,desire,sensibility,will,faith and such non-reasonable factors to the system innovation.We found that: on the one hand,these factors had functions of drive and encouragement to the system innovation and displayed rich humanistic spirit;on the other hand,it had some negative effects escaping from the instruction of rationality.Aiming at the present system innovation in our country,we should treat the non-reasonable factors scientifically and dialectically,follow the rule of path dependence of institutional transition under the guide of rationality and make the non-reasonableness more forward the road advantageous to the system innovation through improving the occasion.
