经济发展中的“人地关系”协调问题研究

人地关系的演进过程尽管十分复杂,但总体上看,这种演进过程实际上又是＂人＂在驾驭自然环境演化方面的主动性不断增强的过程。人地关系协调过程中的问题虽然不少,但仍主要体现在土地资源、水资源、能源资源以及环境本身之压力不断加大等方面。为有效解决这些问题,当务之急可在提高相关资源的利用效率、切实转变经济增长方式以及进一步规范城市和产业发展的空间布局等方面多下功夫。

A Study on the Harmony Problem between Human and Nature Based on Economic and Social Development

The evolution process of relation between human and nature is very complicated,but in general,this process in fact is a process of the human＇s initiative is gradually strengthened for ＂human＂ controlling the evolution of natural environment.The harmony problem between human and nature is not small,but the problem is mainly reflected on the gradually increasing pressure on land resource,water resource,energy resource and the environment itself.To resolve these problems effectively,the most urgent task is to make efforts in promoting the utilization efficiency of the relevant resource,practically changing the mode of economic development and further regulating the space distribution of city and industry development.
