| 摘 要： | 精神生产与物质生产分离，科学成为一种在生产中独立地发挥作用的力量并转换为生产资料，是知识性生产资料产生的前提条件。知识性生产资料，是指知识性劳动者通过创造性劳动，用以改变或影响劳动对象的科学、知识和“一般智能”等知识性因素和条件。知识、科学、技术、知识产品和知识资本是其基本的表现形式。与实体性生产资料相比，它具有无形性、不确定性、价值的特异性和产出、效用范围的扩展性等特点。提升、发展知识性生产资料有利于实现社会的科学发展。
