| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育的过程是德育工作者对大学生施加思想政治教育影响，以及大学生能动接受教育影响相互作用的过程。科学发展观指导下德育工作者非权力性影响力的充分发挥有利于解决思想政治教育的动力和秩序问题，并直接关涉到管理的效能、管理过程的和谐以及新的管理理念的产生。
