| 摘 要： | 以1978-2003年福建省经济社会发展的数据为依据，运用定量分析的方法对福建省人力资本对经济增长的贡献度进行了实证分析。结果认为，自改革开放以来，福建省经济增长主要依靠物质资本的投入。在1978-2003年这26年间福建省物质资本存量和人力资本存量对经济增长的贡献率分别为53．01％和19．92％。

| Abstract: | The paper made an empirical analysis of contribution of human capital to economic growth using quantitative analysis methods, based on the datum of economic and social development in 1978-2003 in Fujian Province. It concluded that since the start of reform and opening up, economic growth is mainly due to the devotion of material capital in Fujian Province. In the 26 years from 1978 to 2003, material capital stock and human capital stock had contribution rate of 53.01% to 19.92% respectively to economic growth in Fujian Province. |
