环海峡经济区发展战略研究

环海峡经济区发展对民族复兴和祖国统一意义重大,基于对其具有区位等优势和两岸对峙遗留等劣势,和面对我国经济快速发展等机会和台独势力等威胁之判断,提出加快环海峡区域经济发展,加快区内的经济合作与交流,加快转化与开发海峡地理与区位资源优势,加大社会文化交融,促进发展的制度性安排,形成适合本区域特点的交流和合作发展模式等发展战略,达成打造中国经济第四极,构建亚太经济新高地,建设繁荣、昌盛、和谐、友善、安康、文明的新社区的目标.并提出12条实施战略的对策建议.

The Strategic Research on the Development of Economic Zone around the Strait

The development of economic zone around the strait has great significance to the national renaissance and unification of motherland.Based on the judge of the advantage of location,the disadvantage of remains of the confrontation between cross-straits,the rapid development chance of Chinese economy and the threaten of the Taiwan independence psotagonists,the paper put forward some development strategy which were to quicken the economic development of cross-straits zone,quicken the economic cooperation and communion in the zone,quicken to transform and exploit the advantage of geographical and locational resource of the strait,increase the integration of social culture,promote the institutional arrangement of the development,formed the development model of communication and cooperation suited for the regional characteristic.And the new aim was to manage to build the forth pole of economy,build the new highland of Asia-Pacific economy, build the flourish,prosperous,harmonious,friendly,good-healthy and cultural new community.The paper put forward 12 pieces of countermeasure to carry out the measure.
