| 摘 要： | 农村富余劳动力尤其是青壮年劳动力的大量转移是引起农村空心化的直接原因,城乡收入差距较大、土地制度不完善、农业补贴力度不够、人地矛盾尖锐则是农村富余劳动力转移的重要驱动力。在分析福建省农村富余劳动力转移的驱动力和农村空心化的具体表现的基础上,运用推拉模型归纳演绎农村空心化形成的机理,并提出具有针对性和可操用性的治理建议。

| Abstract: | The direct reason for rural hollowing is the transfer of a large number of rural surplus laborers ,especially prime‐age farmers .A wide income gap between the city and country ,the imperfect land system , the insufficient agricultural subsidies and the acute contradictions between more population and less land ,are important driving forces .Based on the driving force analysis and the specific performance of the rural hollowing in Fujian Province ,this paper uses the Push‐pull Model to induct and deduct the formation mechanism of rural hollowing and puts forward the targeted and operable suggestions . |
