| 摘 要： | 产业集群竞争力的定义落脚到竞争优势，是因为竞争优势能概括产业集群竞争力的“因素”、“结构”和“能力”三个属性，而且最根本的是产业集群较强的竞争力在于其所拥有的持续竞争优势。产业集群竞争力并不同于群内企业竞争力的简单加总，也不同于区域产业竞争力，产业集群竞争力是一种自组织力、耦合力、协作力、创新力和品牌力。
