| 摘 要： | 对汇率与直接投资(FDI)之间的理论沿革进行回顾,以日本对华FDI为背景分析了汇率和FDI之间的关系,并运用1984～2 0 0 3年间人民币对日元的实际汇率及一些其他数据建立回归模型,检验汇率变动对直接投资的影响。验证表明中国的汇率变动机制在客观上加强了中国吸引FDI的竞争力,由此建议此时人民币不宜升值
