试论现阶段我国改善公共治理的主要任务

改善公共治理,内容涉及治理原则、治理结构、治理机制以及治理手段等方面。我国改善公共治理的主要任务是强化和落实治理原则,调整和优化治理结构,建立和完善治理机制,改进和创新治理手段。现阶段我国改善公共治理应该从建立和完善治理机制入手,尤其要把建立和完善问责机制、参与机制、公开机制放在优先位置。以治理机制建设作为着力点,带动治理手段的改进和创新。
