| 摘 要： | 农村基层党组织执政能力的强弱直接关系着党在农村执政地位的巩固,关系着社会主义新农村建设的成败。加强农村基层党组织执政能力建设必须从解决面临的突出问题入手,加强思想、组织和制度建设,增强执政意识,切实提高以引领农村经济社会发展为基础的各项执政能力建设。

| Abstract: | The ability of rural grass-root party organizations directly related to the consolidation of its governing status and the success or failure of the building of a new socialist countryside.It must start with resolving the outstanding problems to strength the construction of the administrative ability of the rural gross-root party organizations,reinforcing the ideological,organizational and institutional building,increasing the awareness of leadership,promoting effectively the ability construction based on spearheading the rural economic and social development. |
