| 摘 要： | 我国"三农问题"的严重性是和我国农民所承受的繁重的资本原始积累任务联系在一起。我国资本原始积累的主要形式是:强制性低价收购农产品、强制性低价征用农民土地、强制性压低农民工工资和福利待遇。要从根本上解决我国"三农问题",就必须使广大农民群众逐步从资本原始积累重负中解脱出来。

| Abstract: | The Issue of "fanners-agriculture-countryside problem" in China and its seriousness is related to the huge burden of the initial capital accumulation for Chinese farmers. The major forms of the capital accumulation includes coerced purchasing of agricultural products at low prices, coerced taking over the land from the farmers, and coerced lowering the wage rate as well as the social welfare of the farmers. To solve out the issue of "farmers-agriculture-countryside problem", it is necessary for the farmers to get rid off the huge burden of the initial capital accumulation gradually. |
